“To The River” takes, as its inspiration, the natural realm of the Humber River and its adjacent banks. The artwork draws parallels between the rhythms of the river and of the city, poetically connecting the two. Through presentation of various states of water, as captured by the figurative and organic forms of the artwork, Alexander Moyle has created an elegant, multi-​component artwork that enhances the streetscape along this portion of Bloor Street.
